    We are in the final stages of the subdivision and planning to start road construction in Spring/Summer of 2024. If this progresses quickly, homes construction could start as early as Fall 2024.
  • How will the developer provide green space?
    A large green space area is proposed in the northwest corner of the development. This will extend across the north edge of the land and include walking paths.
  • Will there be a restriction on who can buy lots in this development?
    There are no restrictions. Lots will be available to builders and individuals wanting to build a custom home.
  • Will the lots be connected to community water & sewer?
    Yes. Each lot will be serviced by municipal water and low pressure sewer.
  • Will the streets be paved?
    Yes, all streets will be paved.
  • How will this development support pedestrian traffic?
    Walking paths will be built within this development to make it convenient for people to get around. They will connect to any existing sidewalks/walking paths in Anola.
